Client: HAMMAMISTA
Market: Poland
Objective: End-to-end brand launch and e-commerce revenue generation from ground zero.
Launching a new brand in the highly competitive Polish e-commerce landscape requires more than just a good product; it demands a synchronized, omnichannel approach. When HAMMAMISTA partnered with us to enter the market, they had a premium concept but lacked the digital infrastructure and brand presence to generate sales. Our mandate was clear: build the brand from scratch, establish a high-performing sales ecosystem, and drive immediate revenue.
Here is the step-by-step breakdown of how we engineered HAMMAMISTA’s successful market entry.
Phase 1: The Blueprint
1. Strategy Creation and Execution Planning
Every successful launch begins with a roadmap. Entering the Polish market blindly was not an option, so we initiated a comprehensive discovery and strategy phase.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: We mapped out the wellness, home decor, and lifestyle sectors in Poland to identify pricing sweet spots and gaps in competitor messaging.
- Target Audience Definition: We built detailed buyer personas focusing on eco-conscious consumers, wellness enthusiasts, and premium home-goods shoppers.
- Execution Roadmap: We developed a strict 90-day rollout calendar detailing every micro-deliverable—from the first line of code on the website to the first ad dollar spent. Clear KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) were established for traffic, conversion rate, and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
Phase 2: The Digital Engine
2. Building a Fast, High-Converting E-commerce Store
A beautiful brand means nothing if the website fails to convert. We custom-designed a storefront tailored to the expectations of Polish consumers.
- Mobile-First Design: Knowing that over 70% of e-commerce traffic in Poland is mobile, we prioritized a seamless smartphone experience with intuitive navigation and frictionless checkout (including integration with BLIK and InPost Paczkomaty, absolute necessities in Poland).
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): We implemented strategic placement of trust badges, simplified the cart slide-out, and added one-click upsells to maximize the Average Order Value (AOV) right out of the gate.
3. Strategic Hosting Selection
Speed is directly tied to conversion rates and SEO rankings. We did not compromise on the technical foundation.
- Localized Cloud Hosting: We selected a high-performance, scalable cloud hosting solution with servers located in Warsaw. This ensured lightning-fast load times (under 1.5 seconds) for local users.
- Scalability & Security: The architecture was designed to handle sudden traffic spikes from viral social media campaigns and seasonal sales events without a single hiccup, backed by an SSL certificate and daily automated backups.
Phase 3: Brand Identity & Content
4. Photography, Graphics, and Product Descriptions
To sell a sensory, lifestyle product like HAMMAMISTA online, the visuals and copy had to do the heavy lifting.
- Visual Storytelling: We directed and executed comprehensive photo shoots of all products for example beach towels or bamboo towels. This included high-resolution, clean packshots for marketplaces and moody, context-rich lifestyle photography that communicated the premium „home spa” vibe.
- Compelling, SEO-Optimized Copy: We crafted product descriptions that went beyond mere dimensions and materials. We highlighted the sensory benefits, origin, and usability, all while integrating high-intent Polish keywords like „ręczniki kąpielowe” to build organic search equity from day one.
Phase 4: Omnichannel Presence
5. Social Media Setup and Community Management
To build trust and brand awareness, we launched HAMMAMISTA’s social media presence across the platforms where our target audience spends their time.
- Instagram & TikTok: We focused heavily on short-form video content (Reels/TikToks) showcasing the texture, quality, and aesthetic of the products. We collaborated with micro-influencers in the Polish wellness and interior design niches to generate authentic user-generated content (UGC).
- Facebook: Utilized primarily for community building, customer service, and distributing long-form brand updates.
6. Marketplace Domination
We knew that relying solely on the standalone store would leave money on the table, as Polish consumers frequently start their product searches on marketplaces.
- Allegro Integration: We set up an official HAMMAMISTA brand zone on Allegro (Poland’s e-commerce giant). We configured Allegro Smart! (free shipping), optimized listing titles according to Allegro’s search algorithm, and utilized Allegro Ads to boost initial visibility.
- Amazon PL & Erli: We established profiles on secondary marketplaces to ensure total market coverage, syndicating our inventory directly from the main e-commerce platform to avoid overselling.
Phase 5: Scaling with Paid Media
7. Performance Advertising Campaigns
With the infrastructure built and the shelves stocked, it was time to drive qualified traffic and generate initial sales.
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram): We launched dynamic product ads (DPA) and video-first prospecting campaigns. By A/B testing various creative angles (e.g., „gift idea” vs. „self-care staple”), we quickly identified the winning creatives that drove the lowest Cost Per Purchase.
- Google Ads: We deployed Performance Max (PMax) campaigns to capture high-intent search traffic and display the products across Google Shopping. Brand protection campaigns were also launched to ensure HAMMAMISTA ranked #1 for its own name.
- Retargeting: We implemented aggressive, multi-channel retargeting to capture users who abandoned their carts, offering time-sensitive discounts to secure the conversion.
The Impact
By systematically executing this 7-step playbook, HAMMAMISTA evolved from an unknown entity into a revenue-generating machine within its first quarter. The combination of a frictionless, localized digital storefront, compelling visual branding, and aggressive multi-channel marketing proved that starting from zero is not a disadvantage—it is an opportunity to build perfectly from the ground up.
